1. How long does it take to receive my order?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you can expect to receive it within the estimated delivery timeframe based on your location.

2. What if I am between sizes?

If you are in between sizes I recommend sizing down, each piece is really stretchy. Please check the measurements of each item and note that they are taken un-stretched.

3. Do you accept returns and refunds?

As each piece is handmade by me and some pieces only available from pre order I can not give refunds once the items have been sent out. You may return your item (you will have to pay for postage) in return for credit to spend at my store. 

4. How do I care for my bloomers?

To ensure the longevity of your bloomers, we recommend hand washing them in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals. After washing, gently squeeze out excess water and lay flat to dry. Do not wring or twist the bloomers. Iron on low heat if necessary.

5. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! International and tracked shipping is £15, unfortunately this does not include your countries custom fees, this varies for each country.
